It may take several weeks for CAPLYTA to begin working with your body. If you are not seeing changes, keep taking CAPLYTA with your antidepressant as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
Make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking, as some may interact with CAPLYTA. You are on the same dose of CAPLYTA from day one. You can take CAPLYTA with or without food.

- Zoloft® (sertraline)
- Paxil® (paroxetine)
- Prozac® (fluoxetine)
- Trintellix® (vortioxetine)
- Viibryd® (vilazodone)
- Effexor® (venlafaxine)
- Pristiq® (desvenlafaxine)
- Cymbalta® (duloxetine)
- Fetzima® (levomilnacipran)
- Wellbutrin® (bupropion)
